Ich habe grose motvind

Motvind is Norwegian for wind against you… I want to hold 6 km in the hour. 7 is nice. 8 is great ! But the wind from my own Norway in the north pushes 4 to 5 km in my face. So Im on bad pace. Try standing on the ice with your pub shoes on and you’ll se what I mean (or feel 😉 )

-but it could be worse, -it could be my child missing. Could be yours. Could be that you click or google #redcross #rodekorsnorge or if you dare… Google #stealing_organs #trafficking ..

So… Iv got 4 km in my face and want you and some of your pals to donate for the red cross and missing children. You’ll find the link all over my blogg.

Thanks mate!

Bjorn. Really hope for medvind ( wind from behind )

From my Nokia. Im @heidenstrom on Twitter and @Rhine @Main or @Donau 😉

Please inform the king and the prime minister of Norway #firstontheplanet

Its 9 km to Mainz… The first man ever to paddle standing up from Basel to Mainz, 360 km, is and was Norwegian. The name of the ship is “Kjakan 24”. If Jens (pm) or Harald (king) is away from the office.. Please inform a mate that the flag is on the ship and tell him to donate 2 euro to my and your campain for missing children #redcross. Same goes for Jens and Harald when they come back to the office.

its not over, we have just started. Bjorn, soon finishing Rhine and starting on river Main. on the way to the Black Sea.

Ich bin in Worms

300 km done. Taking a hard right turn up the river Main in two days. Its not a main river. The name is Main and goes to Bamberg where some fine German men have made a channel that connects with Donau ( Danube ) .. So that channel is the reason why you can swim, sail or paddel from the Nort Sea and Rotterdam and by fresh water go to Ukraine, Romania or Bulgaria. From Basel where i started…

You did not know that, did you ?

Fantastic traveling tips from me!

So very nice! – its enormous, its cool. You have to go there! What? Where?

Well I do see those fantastic first who have donated to the missing children. I see the “likes” but can’t see the money from some pals. I can’t sweat for 10 hours a day and be a free tourist guide.

Tell your mates to donate one Euro and Ill show them pearls they haven’t heard about. Diamonds in Europe.

Being hard today. Softer tomorrow 😉 but need tempo.

Bjorn. From my Nokia. Im @heidenstrom on Twitter and @Rhine soon on @Main

Achtung!!

The proof of the river pudding…..

The sign says something like; “get your piece of ship up of the water or the turbins will harv you up like a Turkish kebab and you will die and no one will ever find you!..”

Bjorn @Heidenstrom ,a nd if your a old pal; Donate now. If your a new pal; Donate now. We are finding misssing children. You and me.

The hardest day

As you can see, if you want to see… 😉

The hardest thing is to carry 25 kilo around water ports, and to walk ca 6 km with the same 25 Kilo to find a sleeping place. It brings my speed on the board down to 3 km pr hour. When Im on the board Ill do 6 to 8 km/h.  So…; river= fast, carry= slow, finding food/water/shelter= f*** slow.

The easy part is paddling. Its hard. Its 8 hours. Its sweat and tears, but that goes. My body is 44, but its a good machine. (sorry for that bragging )

Then in the morning return 6 km to the river with with the 25 kilo again. Wet clothes. Sometimes havent found food.

The tent? No! Nicht. many places you can’t put up your tent. Not alowed. Forbidden. Nicht! So you have to walk to find…

So thats why Im seeking a helping man. I have the car on the hand. I have the food and I’ll serve you the best of the cold German beer. You have to be a man to pop in, my Marianne will kill me if not..

😉

Bjorn, solo, but want duo
