Full speed. Full stop. Who knows a doctor ?

Face planted in the river … Had my first dive and it was not a nice one. The board hit a logg hiding in the brown water when I was on full speed. Board went full stop. I went sputnik ballistic. Landet on rocks and my left foot is, well…, not ready for the olympic games. I can not stand on it…. And the feeling inside the leg is like if you ask a elephant to stand on your left foot.

Dont do that..

Maps is fun.. Iv done Rhine and the white stripe on river Main. Im in Wurtzburg. The cross is Bamberg. Then its finito, stop, ende with up stream. Flat and some down to Donau. Ill meet Donau at a place kalled Kehlheim… If you have a BBQ and some nice Brattwurst… Please come… If you have a better map, please send..

Super German wine Goes to the best lad or lady this week.

I guess there are some strickt rules about giving wine as a prize in Norway, but ,,,, Ill plase this red super best wine on Bohemen Pub in Oslo or Losen Bar in Sætre. The one who gets five mates to donate in one day gets the wine… I have pals visiting me on Donau, and they’ll bring it safe back to your pick up spot.

New friend and a wine

Eleven o’clock yesterday. A smiling German jumps out between a tree and the river Main and say “hi Bjorn!”… First time Iv heard my own name in twenty days…

His name is Michael Freund, and it was true… He was a new friend (hello, my German is getting there, I know “freund” means friend… ) – so he wanted a interview and a photo. Some one down the river had told… And yes that’s what this is about, let the world or at least Europe, or a bit of the river know about The Shirt, the symbol, and the Red Cross campaign for missing children… So I told about The Shirt, world cup in South Africa, Blatter, Platini, Messi, and all the 700 others signed shirts. I told about the power of football uniting. I told about missing children and the project. And I told him that Ill stand somewhere on the Black Sea in 90 days.

I also left a challenge. There is most English shirts on The Shirt today. Norwegians nr two, Spain nr three.. So where are the German fans. Where is their Kaizer, der new Bomber …

send them… Donate. Please.

And my new friend, mr Freund, he gave me a bottle of the nicest German wine.

Challenging five cool ladies to day

Two are so lazy and have not learned the Norwegian language, so Its in English…

I know some of you have done the best thing you can do in 2012 (donated…) but I hope you push, spank and/or tell five of your best ladies to flick in one Euro.

Its not easy, they will like it on Facebook, but needs a shout to give that one ore two euro, and the Red Cross/ missing children needs it.
