Just wanted to share Tzace. Romanian Sopranos.

He’s hand had the size of a truck and I was a guest in his ship… We needed shelter for the storm.

Dear Tzache, your ship is not like Titanic when it left with the rich English going to America.

Tzache, lets be honest, Titanic had better beds…

But I had a super evening, great stories, and felt safe. And you gave us the only room with heat.. We like that.. Teo say hello, our clothes and tent got dry, your wine was super, and most important… Your ship float in a storm 😉 and I have heard more stories about you. The stories I dont put on internet… But I know that you’ll go fine in any storm.

Noroc!

BC4, A Wet night with Russian twist. Bordusani

Have you ever had wet clothes for 3 days? While you are battling wind and thinking about a wet tent? We got the wet news from Costin. So my mate, Teo, one other Romanian hero, starts to ask fishermen. Any place with a roof? There is. You think its a submarine, but it is the shelter of local fishermen with DNA from the big Russian bear. Its a roof. Its palinka. Its old stories. Its a place where you think you dont wake up feeling good. Then they give all they have. Again. Romania. Then it starts to rain again…. Then BC1, COSTIN say that we have code “orange” that is not good… Thats problem…

Base Camp 3, Fetesti, Romania

So, Costin is Base Camp 1. Giving Teo and me coordinates, weather, and help. BC2 was Calarasi, and here you see BC3. 4 km from Fetesti. Beach ala Cuba, but some dead water behind the camp, and that means 654466699899 mosquitos, that we sent away with the best camp fire ever on Dunare. Teo fixed a super meal again, but when two fine paddlers went to tent sleep… They did not know that the rain will pure down the next 48 hours… 😉 that was the next news from BC1, Costin…

President Obama, we have past your American World Record #SUP #Donau

We have past the American world record from 2010, and have 800 km to reach the standing world record. That is 3800 km. Going over 3000 km the next hour. Its 375 km to the Black Sea. My ship, Kjakan, my Teo, and Base Camp one Romania is doing great. Hope you google the American Tom Extream Jones, the record holder from 2010, whos doing a great work for attention on oceans. I will present the British gentleman soon. We did beat the Brits in year 900, and we’ll try a friendly attack on their standing world record for the next weeks… 😉
